About Qobalt
Qobalt Research LLC was founded by Jamie Dubauskas in January 2022 with the creation of The Qobalt Bot while attending his third year at the University of Maryland.
The Qobalt Bot and other trading tools were originally created to be used for Jamie’s investment fund that he started with his business partner, Qobalt Capital, but was then spun off to create Qobalt Research LLC in order to bring access to his trading tools to the general public.
All trading tools from Qobalt Research LLC are built with the retail trader in mind. Trading and managing your personal portfolio can be a full-time job in itself. Making a few important trades can drastically compound your portfolio. Minimizing the number of trades and decisions makes it simpler for the end user. That is what Qobalt Research strives to create: simple investment models that work.
